Wicked Satyr Nights was featured on the blog for BP. http://www.breathlessblog.com/?p=1073

Keep an eye on that blog. I don’t know the date, but there is an interview with Pan coming up soon.

Speaking of interviews with Pan… On October 10th, Lee Brazil will crawl into bed with Pan for a quick interview.

And on November 27th I will be spending the day at Bitten By Books, doing a guest blog and a giveaway. Mark your calendars.

And now for Six Sentence Sunday before another hour passes and it becomes Monday already:

She couldn’t say for certain why she felt an overwhelming desire to comfort him. He’d been a barbaric, manhandling caveman—with wings—who’d kidnapped her, forced her to sleep one of the most restful nights of sleep in her life, and cooked really delicious eggs over a fire. He’d also revealed himself to be an immortal god who’d had a hand in cursing a group of horny, voyeuristic jerks into an eternity of literal horniness. But he’d not taken advantage of her despite how evident it was at various moments that he wanted to. He was almost gentlemanly, aside from his bad manners with the kidnapping and public nakedness.

Thinking of it that way, being kidnapped by Pan really wasn’t as bad as it all seemed.

Too impatient to wait for the winners to be named? Get your copy of Wicked Satyr Nights from Breathless Press on Friday, Oct. 26!!! Or pre-order now and get it automatically on release day. 🙂

*eBook copies are the only ones available. I have several different formats and the winner can pick the one that works for them.

Six Sentence Sunday #3

You can now pre-order Wicked Satyr Nights from Breathless Press.

And now to the teaser.

The stars above him twinkled, and the Satyr Moon overhead was in the final stages. Soon the moon would be as it was, and life would continue. Pan closed his eyes and blew into the instrument. He would name the new instrument after her, a tribute to live the immortal life she’d been denied.

The melody he played became more frantic, darker, dripping with despair. He didn’t shed tears, but he bared his soul to the stars above, knowing they would allow him to mourn without judgment.

Six Sentence Sunday #2

It’s Sunday again! Here’s the next six-sentence tease.

“But I thought Pan was, uh, is a demigod?” Knowing she wasn’t handling this well, she looked down at the glaringly obvious set of panpipes and recalled his quip about the origins of the word panic. He’d been trying to hint it at her, but she chose to ignore the signs. Had told her his name over the breakfast table and she laughed in his face. And her occupation was based on her ability to observe. Shameful.

Six Sentence Sunday

Only six Sundays left until the release of Wicked Satyr Nights on Friday, October 26!  Seems like a good time to start teasing the masses. Without further adieu….

It was the giggling that brought him back into consciousness. He stretched, not wanting to rise just yet, and rolled over on his back. His palm slid down his torso as he did, making him well aware something else had, indeed, arisen while he slumbered.

More giggles.

As he turned his head upward, Pan cracked his eyes open. He viewed three women watching him appreciatively, and they giggled yet again when they found they were good and caught.

Wicked Satyr Nights wallpapers

Since I can’t share any excerpts as of yet and I still wanted to have something to post to get you to anticipate the book, I’ve decided to debut the wallpapers I have been working on for the past few months. As of right now the release date is possibly going to be October 26, but since these things always have the slight possibly of changing I have only put October 2012 on the graphic to be on the safe side. There are five different wallpapers to choose from. Hope you enjoy them. 😉

unofficial blurb

The unofficial blurb for Wicked Satyr Nights is added to the site, though it is subject to change (and probably will since I suck at blurbage LOL)

Some creatures want to be found.

When Dr. Katerina Silverton travels into the Pine Barrens to make a documentary on the Jersey Devil, she doesn’t believe she will find evidence of anything supernatural. However, Kat soon finds herself face to face with the very creature she was sent into the forest to capture on film.

In Ancient Greece, the god Pan made a terrible mistake which resulted in the creation of a race of immortal satyrs. Centuries later, he lives secluded in the Pine Barrens, frightening the mortals by taking the guise of an abhorrent local monster. When a beautiful woman shows up in his forest looking for proof of his existence, Pan can’t resist revealing himself to her.

But outside forces may be manipulating them both, pushing them together for nefarious reasons. Kat must decide if she could learn to love a satyr or if his appearance is more than she can handle. Can she resist Pan’s wicked nature, or will she give into the temptations beyond her wildest fantasies?

Wicked Satyr Nights is getting published!

Yesterday I signed a contract with Breathless Press for Wicked Satyr Nights. Not sure of the release date yet, though I did send it in for the Hot Shifter submission call. That means it could be released as early as October of this year. I will give more information as soon as I have it. I may go ahead and put up the unofficial blurb later this week since I have been reluctant to put much information out there publicly before it was contracted. While there are satyr romances out there, I haven’t read them so I don’t know how they were handled. I believe there is a uniqueness to my heroes, and I hope it comes across well.
